Terms & Conditions — MyEasy Offices
• Welcome to MyEasy Offices. By booking or using our workspaces, meeting rooms, or office
facilities,
you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to maintain a professional, safe,
and
efficient environment for all users.
1. Food & Beverage Policy
- • Food consumption inside workstations, cabins, and meeting rooms may be restricted
depending on space type.
- • Only water is allowed at work desks for cleanliness and equipment safety.
- • Hot beverages and meals may be consumed only in designated pantry or common areas (if
available).
2. Booking & Payments
- • All bookings are billed based on the chosen plan or hourly rate.
- • Extensions beyond reserved time will be charged at standard rates.
- • Bookings must be fully paid in advance to confirm the reservation.
- • Any additional usage (extra hours, equipment, or services) must be settled
immediately.
- • For Monthly Dedicated Seats, no security deposit is required.
- • However, the full monthly rent must be paid in advance on Day 1.
- • In case the rent is not paid, entry inside the premises will not be permitted.
3. Workspace & Property Damage
- • Clients are responsible for any damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment during
their booking.
- • Repair or replacement costs must be paid by the client.
- • Office property and equipment must not be removed from the premises without
permission.
4. Booking Policy
- • Advance booking is mandatory for all office spaces and meeting rooms.
- • Walk-in usage is not permitted unless approved by management.
- • Workspace will be available only at the scheduled time; setup time must be included in
booked hours.
- • Proper documentation (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or any valid ID proof) is mandatory
while booking any service.
5. Services Provided
• The booking fee includes only the workspace or facilities listed in your confirmation.
Any additional services or equipment require prior approval and may include extra charges.
6. Equipment Usage
- • Laptops, tablets, or personal devices are not provided by MyEasy Offices.
- • Clients must bring their own devices for work or presentations.
- • Shared equipment (displays, projectors, etc.) must be used responsibly according to
guidelines.
7. Compliance & Liability
- • Clients must follow workspace rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance at all
times.
- • MyEasy Offices reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund in cases of
misuse or policy violation.
- • We are not responsible for personal item loss, device failure, internet issues, or
unforeseen disruptions.
